Mr. Hanna focuses on site selection and development
He has completed over 200 single tenant transactions across the country with a number of national concepts in the automotive, retail, and restaurant industries.
At 6S Mr. Hanna oversees the pre-construction real estate and development pipeline for all projects nationally and is responsible for site selection implementation, deal analysis, due diligence review, and design and permitting completion.
After graduating from West Virginia University he began his career in the financial industry before moving into real estate. While earning his MBA in real estate development and finance at the University of North Carolina Charlotte, he was self-employed while also working with a local land developer that focused on large residential land subdivisions. From there he went on to have a very successful career representing developers and retailers in their growth strategy implementation, site selection, land acquisition, and deal management for projects spanning along the east coast. Mr. Hanna is licensed to practice real estate in North Carolina, South Carolina,Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, and Florida but has completed transactions in over 20 states.
