Jordan Amyx is Partner, President & CEO of 6S Development. He started in retail real estate at O’Reilly Auto Parts, where he completed 100+ new store locations, then helped scale Dollar General’s West Coast expansion.

He was personally responsible for opening 150+ Dollar General locations across California, Nevada, Oregon, Maryland, West Virginia, and Texas. That is the same rollout discipline 6S now applies for national credit tenants.

Working with Caliber Collision, he developed a new-store growth strategy and delivered 250+ locations through build-to-suit, acquisition, and retrofit opportunities.

Dan Dover is a Partner and COO of 6S Development. He has been personally involved in hundreds of single-tenant and large-scale development transactions across retail, restaurant, wireless, and automotive, including Jr. Anchor shopping centers.

He started in site selection in the Northeast in 2001 and moved to full-scale development in 2004. His experience is nationwide, from California and the West Coast through the Midwest and East Coast, including multi-unit rollout programs for large national tenants. He focuses on processes that drive tenant growth and efficiency, with a proven record of budgeting successfully, delivering on time, and overcommunicating so principals can manage their pipeline with predictable expectations.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University in 2000 with a major in International Business and a minor in Leadership Studies.

Grey Hanna is a Partner and Chief Development Officer of 6S Development. He oversees the company’s financial and lending strategy, including project financing, lender relationships, capital planning, and deal analysis. He also leads 6S’s national real estate and site-selection strategy and provides oversight of the development pipeline through due diligence, design, entitlements, permitting, and the start of construction.

He has closed 250+ single-tenant transactions in more than 25 states across the automotive, retail, and restaurant industries. Before founding 6S, he advised national retailers and developers on growth strategy, site selection, land acquisition, and deal execution.

Grey began his career in the financial industry before transitioning into commercial real estate and development. He holds a B.S. in Economics from West Virginia University and an MBA in Real Estate Development and Finance from UNC Charlotte.
