Classic Collision needed a collision facility on the I-35E corridor in Denton, Texas. The real estate was the standing automotive box at 3008 S I-35E.
Challenge
This was not a new-build prototype. The assignment was a retrofit: take an existing automotive collision facility and make it work for Classic Collision without starting over on dirt.
Solution
6S renovated the standing box. Role: retrofit. Result: Classic Collision occupies the ~15K SF facility on S I-35E.
